Frequently asked questions
Do I need to upload hotel bookings or flight tickets to apply?
No. For the Sri Lanka ETA, you only need your passport bio page and a passport photo. We handle the rest of the process for you.
My travel date is very soon can you still get my visa in time?
We offer Express processing for urgent travel. At checkout, simply select your travel date and we'll show you which processing speed fits your timeline.
Can I apply for my whole family in one application?
Yes. You can add adults and children in a single checkout, and each traveler receives their own ETA. We make it simple to apply for everyone together.
Do children need their own visa?
Yes, every traveler including infants needs their own ETA. Children cannot be added to a parent's visa, so we make it easy to apply for all of them in one go.
What's the difference between applying through Rambelz vs. the government website directly?

Will I get my visa if I have a connecting flight through Sri Lanka?
If you're transiting and leaving the airport, you'll need a Transit ETA. If you stay airside, you may not need one. Contact us and we'll confirm your exact requirement.
How will I receive my visa once it's approved?
Your approved ETA is delivered electronically via email and WhatsApp. You can also download it anytime as a PDF just log in to your account, go to Orders, and click to download. Carry a copy, digital or printed, when you travel.
What payment options do you offer?
You can pay the full amount at checkout, or split it into interest-free, Sharia-compliant installments with Tamara at checkout.
